These terms of use govern your access to and use of the website at simsendiagnostics.com (the "website"), operated by Simsen Diagnostics AB ("Simsen", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms govern use of the website only. The supply of our products and services is governed by the separate written agreement entered into between Simsen and the relevant customer; if there is any conflict, that agreement prevails for the products and services it covers.

Simsen provides its assays, analyses, panels, reports and related services on a Research Use Only (RUO) basis. They are intended for research applications only. They are not validated, intended or to be used for diagnostic procedures, clinical decision-making, patient management, screening, or any other medical purpose.

Simsen does not currently hold ISO 15189 accreditation, and our services are not provided as accredited or clinical laboratory services. Any data or results we provide must not be used as a basis for diagnosis, prognosis or treatment. Responsibility for the use of, and any conclusions drawn from, our products, data and results rests with the customer, who is responsible for determining their suitability for the customer's intended research purpose.

The website and its content are provided for general information about our technology, services and research. Nothing on the website constitutes medical, clinical, diagnostic, legal or other professional advice, and no doctor-patient or other professional relationship is created by your use of the website.

If you are a patient or a research participant, please direct any questions to your healthcare provider or the relevant research organisation.

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. In particular, you agree not to:
