### A senior member of staff replies.

Either with answers, or with one or two pointed questions about your sample set, trial design or patient context. From the email, you will know who you are talking to.

### A 30 min call, on the science.

Joined by the people who would actually do your work. We will share what we have done in similar cases, where the limits are and what we would propose. NDA in place by then if you want one.

### A proposal you can act on.

An assay design, a pilot scope or a quote, with timelines, sensitivity ranges and the regulatory points that matter. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and suggest someone who is.
