Stefan Filges, PhD

Bioinformatician with a Ph.D. in ultra-sensitive sequencing, with Simsen since 2022. Co-author on the original SiMSen-Seq publication in Nature Protocols. He owns the science behind your results.

Ph.D. in genomics, bioinformatics, botany and evolution, with deep experience in quality management and regulatory policy. Former Assistant Professor at the University of Skövde and Senior R&D researcher at TATAA Biocenter. She keeps your data compliant.
